Quick Masala Chai Recipe
A very simple and quick masala chai recipe for 2 cups.


  • Put 2 cups of water in a pan over medium flame. Add a teaspoon of Valley spice chai masala of your choice (available in 5 flavours). Let the water come to a boil.
  • Now add 1 ½ teaspoon of tea leaves, sugar, to taste (optional), and brew for a minute.
  • Add a teaspoon of milk (add more, if required), and stir. Don’t let it cook more and take off the heat.
  • Sieve and serve the aromatic masala chai.
